    Good article on the Lexington regional from the Lexington Herald-Leader, save for the error noted below.


    In eight games against Power Five foes, however, the Redhawks hit .242
    (51 of 210) and were 2-6 (the wins coming against Louisville and
    Tennessee).

    This is incorrect. Miami finished 4-4 against Power 5 teams (Mississippi State, Tennessee, Georgia, Georgia Tech, and Louisville).

    I don't think I've seen this mentioned anywhere, but it's worth pointing out that Miami finished the regular season with more wins than other team in the country.

    Are seniors in softball allowed to come back if they want for an extra year? Would be curious to see if Vierstra is coming back if so. If she does, Miami may just well be a Top 25 team.
